Pancakes

 

2 cups self rising flour

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 1/2 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 1/2 tablespoon syrup or sugar

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

 

 

In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt and whisk until well mixed then in a separate bowl add rest of ingredients and whisk well. Then combine ingredients and mix for about 20 stirs.

Pore about 3 tablespoons on a flat lightly greased pan over medium heat. When top has fully bubbled flip and cook another 2 minutes. Butter and pour on the syrup and enjoy.
