Fettuccini Alfredo
With your chose of meats

Meat suggestions (Chicken, Shrimp, Calamari, Pork, Beef or Meat balls) about 1 ˝ pounds of meat

12 oz. Fettuccini noodles   (Follow cooking instruction on package)

Meats
Choose meat and cut into 1 to 1 ˝ inch chunks
In a large skillet add following ingredients in order and sauté over medium heat
3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 chopped small onion (about ˝ cup)
˝ cup chopped green pepper (either bell or spicy will do)
˝ cup chopped celery
(Note; other vegetables may be added to taste)
Add meats after onions have an opaque appearance and lightly brown the meat then add herbs then simmer for 20 minutes.
3 cloves minced garlic (or 1 ˝ tablespoon garlic powder)
2 table spoons basil, oregano, and fennel seeds (fresh herbs are always better chopped fennel (the white part is better for this) instead of seeds)
2 tablespoons of favorite seasoning salt, or 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon, ˝ teaspoon black pepper
Chop 2 medium Tomatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and add 5 minutes before serving

Sauce
In medium sauce pan over medium low heat add following ingredients and allow them to melt before adding the next.
˝ stick of butter (Margarine is OK but not as good)
8 oz package of cream cheese
4 oz of sour cream
1 clove of finely minced garlic (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
1 ˝ oz grated Parmesan cheese

Serve on a plate in the following order, (noodles, meat, sauce on top) and you may add grated Parmesan Cheese
